Jelly Roll Kitchen Knife

The college I went to has a wonderful shop set up with near everything I need to do what I do. A few years ago a new Shop Supervisor came in and we quicky became fast friends. This is part of a trade between us.

The blade is a Jelly Roll made of 1095, 15n20, and 1084. The handle is blackwood with stainless steel pins.
