New Hampshire Kitchen Knife
This knife was forged in New Hampshire with gnarled ancient-looking wrought iron harvested by my good friend Dakota of Kota Knives near his home in New Hampshire and 1084. The blade is thin and light with a seven inch blade and wicked edge. The handle is built up of my favorite combination of water buffalo horn and maple.
