Turkish Twist Kitchen Knife

This knife was made out of six bars of pattern welded material from the end of a sword blade I made. The twists are each of 7 layers and oppose each other in direction. The handle is water buffalo horn and maple.

It has a thin light blade with a zero ground edge and a comfortable octagonal handle.
